Basic prices include
- Establishment and transfer of a company, inc. registration in the Commercial Register (inc. execution, assembly and submission)
- Meeting with a professional consultant
- Preparation of all documentation necessary for transfer of the company
- Organisation of a general meeting (decisions to appoint company directors/bodies, transfer of a 100% interest in the company, changes to the company’s registered office within a municipality)
- Registration of the company for corporate income tax
- Representation before registration courts, the Trade Licensing Office and Tax Office
- Notary’s fees during establishment up to the amount of CZK 2,750/s.r.o.; CZK 16,000/a.s. or SE
- Court fee for initial registration in the Commercial Register up to the amount of CZK 6,000/s.r.o.; CZK 12,000/a.s./SE
- Court fee for registration of changes in the Commercial Register CZK 2,000
- Fees for certification of documents up to CZK 700
- Unqualified trade - notification of the areas of business inc. administrative fee (in the price of CZK 1,000)
Basic prices do not include
- Professional/vocational trade - arrangement inc. administrative fee from CZK 4,500
- Concession - arrangement of a concession (without cash expenses) from CZK 3,000
- Registration for taxes (road, on gainful employment, withholding) from CZK 5,000
- Expenses for translation of foreign language documents depending on actual amount
- Rapid registration in the Commercial Register (within 24-32 hours) CZK 5,000
- Notification of changes to the Tax Office/Trade Licensing Office after registration of changes in the Commercial Register from CZK 2,000
- Registration in the Records of Beneficial Owners from CZK 4,000
- Assistance services related to VAT registration from CZK 15,000

Basic prices include
- Meeting with a specialist in establishing and transferring companies
- Preparation of all documentation necessary for establishment of a company
- Organisation of the first general meeting for legal establishment actions by notarial deed (with the exception of special rights, not ordinary shares, etc.)
- Establishment of a company - by deed of incorporation by notarial deed
- Selection of a registered office (own/SMART Office)
- Registration of the company for corporate income tax (DPPO)
- Notary’s fees in the essential amount
- Execution and assembly of the proposal for registration of changes in the Commercial Register
- Assurance of registration in the Records of Beneficial Owners (only natural persons, residents of the Czech Republic)
- Submission of a proposal for registration of the company in the Commercial Register, including annexes
- Representation before the Registration Court, the Trade Licensing Office and Tax Office
- Administrative fees for certification of signatures and documents
