I’m starting a business – a company in the Czech Republic

You can start your business most easily as an OSVČ (self-employed individual) - under a trade licence. However, an OSVČ individual is liable for any debts up to the value of all his assets. It is therefore safer to conduct business by means of a company. You can establish a company in the classic way or acquire a so-called ready-made company. The lower costs are an advantage when establishing a company. The disadvantage is the requirement of paying up the registered capital. You must also wait until the company is registered in the Commercial Register and all other registration has been completed. With a ready-made company, you can start your business immediately.

A ready-made is a company that has already been established and is ready for business, registered in the Commercial Register and Records of Beneficial Owners, without any history, free of liabilities, established exclusively for the purpose of being provided to the end customer, and professionally configured to your wishes
