Data box management
What is a data box?
A data box is an electronic repository established in accordance with Act No. 300/2008 Coll., which is intended for delivering electronic documents between public authorities on one hand and natural and legal persons on the other hand and between natural and legal persons.
Who must have a data box?
- public authorities
- legal persons registered in the Commercial Register
- from 2023, a data box is compulsory for all persons conducting business activities (OSVČ - self-employed individuals) - (natural persons who do not carry out business activities can also establish a data box)

Do you not want to waste time administering your data box?
E.g. if you receive a payment order or commencement of a financial inspection while on holiday. We can submit a remonstrance or arrange communication by experts with the tax administrator or secure a tax advisor at your instructions.
You won’t miss any important information with our help. We naturally do not collect messages on Friday or before bank holidays, unless you wish us to do so.This is because of procedural time limits.
